JERUSALEM, Oct. 29 -- Brazil's former superstars' team, based on players who won the 1994 and 2002 World Cup, beat a team of Israeli former players 4-2 in a friendly held in Haifa, northern Israel, on Tuesday.
More than 20,000 fans attended the shortened game, of two 35-minute halves, to watch the performance of Ronaldinho, Bebeto, Kaka, Kafu, Roberto Carlos, Rivaldo and many other former stars.
Bebeto, 55, scored the first goal in the 5th minute, but the Israeli team reversed the score thanks to goals by Ronen Harazi (12) and Yaniv Katan (18).
Ronaldinho leveled the score in the 27th minute, after receiving an accurate pass by Rivaldo.
Kaka regained the lead for the visiting side with an impressive kick in the 44th minute, and Marcio Amoroso secured the victory for the Selecao in the 69th minute.
