BEIJING, Oct. 20 -- Wu Xi scored twice to pace Jiangsu Suning for a 4-1 victory over Hebei China Fortune in the 26th round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) on Sunday.
The hosts opened the scoring in 18th minute when Ivan Santini converted a pass from Alex Teixeira inside the area.
Teixeira made another pass three minutes later, from which Wu Xi made it 2-0 before Joao Miranda finished the first half 3-0 for Suning.
After the half break, Dong Xuesheng found the net for Hebei with his header in the 56th minute. Ten minutes later, Wu sealed the win for the hosts from a wonderful cross off Teixeira.
With a four-game winning streak, Suning stayed in the fifth place.
Elsewhere, Tianjin Teda beat Beijing Renhe 1-0, Shanghai Shenhua overcame Dalian Yifang 2-1 and Henan Jianye edged Chongqing Siwei 1-0.
