Today, I see a very successful businessman giving a speech in the TV. He says he wakes up very early and then take exercise for an hour. He keeps taking exercise everyday, and then takes a brief breakfast. He works from eight o’clock in the morning to 10 o’clock in the afternoon. The key to success is to work hard.
