一 、构建了合理的学习小组
二、建立了多角度的互赖关系：目标互赖、角色互赖、奖励互赖
通过组建合作学习小组，所教的农村班级的英语取得了很大的进步，从少部分学生学英语到了大部分学生乐于学英语了。
