“ 国培中学习了英语合作学习的教学课程后，根据我教学班的实情组建了学习合作小组，在教学中深深体会到了赵老师所说的“成功是成功之母的重要性。主要做了一下几点：
一 、构建了合理的学习小组
二、建立了多角度的互赖关系：目标互赖、角色互赖、奖励互赖
通过组建合作学习小组，所教的农村班级的英语取得了很大的进步，从少部分学生学英语到了大部分学生乐于学英语了。
