THE FIVE-DAY BURN PLAN
燃烧吧,脂肪!五日计划
All three diets are built around three secret weapons — your breakfast smoothie, a special cleansing tea and a nourishing soup. Here are the recipes and how they fit in your daily plan:
围绕三样神秘减肥武器的食物——早餐鲜果奶昔,清洗茶和营养汤。下面是食谱,以及每天该在什么时候吃的计划表:
DAY 1
Breakfast: Smoothie, tea.

Snack: Soup, large glass of water.

Lunch: Lentil chilli, tea, large glass of water.

Snack: Soup, glass of water.

Dinner: Beef and broccoli bowl, tea, glass of water.

Before bed: Baked apple (see box below).

Breakfast: Smoothie, tea.

Snack: Soup, large glass of water.

Lunch: leftover beef and broccoli bowl, tea, large glass of water.
午餐:吃剩的牛排和花椰菜,茶,一大杯水。
Snack: Soup, glass of water.

Dinner: shepherd’s pie, tea, glass of water.
晚餐:牧羊人馅饼,茶,一杯水。
Before bed: Bowl of stewed prunes.

Snack: Soup, large glass of water.

Lunch: leftover shepherd’s pie, tea, large glass of water.

Dinner: stuffed courgette, tea, glass of water.

Before bed: Cooked pear.

The Five-Day Burn is designed to tackle the symptoms above by targeting a backed-up digestion.

Modern stresses and a poor diet can cause bad gut bacteria to overwhelm the good bacteria and slow or even stop the production of the enzymes that digest food.
现代压力和饮食不良会导致不良肠道细菌侵蚀好细菌,从而减缓甚至停止消化食物的酶的运作。
If your digestive system isn’t working properly, toxins can build up in the gut. And the body’s favourite way of getting toxins out of the system is to store them in fat cells — usually around the abdomen.

In just five days, The Burn can reverse the process. Each ingredient is chosen to promote healthy gut bacteria and help digest and eliminate excess fat.
