奥巴马下令彻查特工召妓事件

President Barack Obama called Sunday for a thorough and rigorous investigation into allegations involving prostitutes and Secret Service agents in Colombia, CNN reported.

据美国有线资讯网报道，美国总统巴拉克·奥巴马周日强调，对美国特勤局员工在哥伦比亚召妓指控要进行严格全面的调查。

Some 11 Secret Service agents and officers are being investigated over preliminary findings that they allegedly brought back several prostitutes to a hotel in Cartagena.

目前，11名美国特工及军官正接受审查，初步结果显示，他们涉嫌在卡塔赫纳将妓女带回宾馆。

"We're representing the people of the United States and when we travel to another county I expect us to observe the highest standards," said Obama. He continued: "Obviously what's been reported doesn't match up with those standards."

奥巴马表示：“我们代表的是美国人民，出国后望大家遵守最高准则，而目前报道的事件显然与最高准则背道而驰。”
