The cheekily-named items are: Like a Big Mac, but Actually Big.

In true Burger king style, the 'beef' between the brands was created by creative agency INGO.

这真的是纯正的汉堡王作风，而两个品牌之间的这个猛料是由创意事务所INGO操刀的。

McDonald’s bid to trademark “Big Mac” in Europe went down the drain — and Burger King came at it with a whopper of a burn in response.

麦当劳的“巨无霸”商标在欧盟这就打水漂了，而汉堡王作为回应推出的是一款挑衅的皇堡。

A European court ruled last month in favor of an Ireland-based fast-food chain called Supermac’s and revoked McDonald’s registration of the trademark for its iconic burger.

欧洲的一个法院上个月刚刚给爱尔兰的一个叫Supermac’s的快餐连锁品牌开了绿灯，并且驳回了麦当劳给自家标志产品注册商标的申请。

In response, Burger King’s Swedish operation revamped its menu — with a whole section called “Not Big Mac’s.”

作为回应，汉堡王的瑞典分支翻新了自己的菜单，推出了一整个叫“不是巨无霸”的系列。

The biting sign lists options for “Like a Big Mac but Actually Big,” “The Burger Big Mac Wished it Was” and “Anything but a Big Mac.”

其中可供选择的单品有“宛如巨无霸，大过巨无霸”、“巨无霸希望成为的汉堡”还有“反正不是巨无霸”。

“McDonald’s just lost its trademark for the Big Mac for suing a much smaller player … it’s too much fun for us to stay away,” said Iwo Zakowski, CEO of Burger King’s Swedish operation, according to the Guardian UK.

根据《卫报》英国版的报道，汉堡王瑞典分支的CEO艾沃·查科夫斯基说：“麦当劳刚刚和一个体量小得多的对手打官司打输了，并且因此失去了自己的商标……如果我们不介入就太不好玩了。”
