SANTIAGO, April 30 -- Defending champions Chile will finalize their Copa America preparations with a friendly against Haiti, the South American country's football association said on Tuesday.
The match will be played at Estadio La Portada in the northern city of La Serena on June 6, the National Association of Professional Football (ANFP) said in a statement.
The Copa America, the world's oldest football tournament contested by national teams, will be played in Brazil from June 14 to July 7. Chile have been drawn in Group C alongside Ecuador, Uruguay and guests Japan.
Chile have won the past two Copa Americas, clinching their maiden title as hosts in 2017 before triumphing again the following year in a centenary edition played in the US.
On both occasions Chile beat Argentina on penalties.
