JAKARTA, Aug. 24 -- No. 12 seed Wu Yibing of China reached the men's singles final after a hard-fought battle against South Korea's Lee Duck-hee at the Asian Games tennis tournament here on Friday.
The 18-year-old needed two hours and 14 minutes to upset the seventh seed Lee 6-3, 3-6, 7-5 in the semifinal.
Wu, the boys' champion in last year's US Open, will take on Uzbekistan's Denis Istomin in the final.
The Asian Games, attracting more than 10,000 athletes, will run through Sept. 2.
