A man was spotted driving a topless van made by himself on the street in Chongqing on Friday. The man wore an orange helmet as he drove at speeds of up to 129km/h in his 'convertible'. He even removed one of the side doors of the van to make it look more 'authentic'. The hand-crafted van and its owner got many likes online. However, traffic police said that these kinds of car modifications are illegal and are not allowed on the roads.
