直译是"全湿的"，引申为"大错特错，胡说，瞎扯"。

e.g. I'm afraid your idea is all wet 2、All thumbs

"笨手笨脚，笨拙"。想像一下，一个人的十个手指头全是大拇指，自然拿不稳东西，干起活来也就笨手笨脚的了。

e.g. She was all thumbs but tried to knit a sweater. 3、Ants in one's pants

"坐立不安"。联想一下，蚂蚁钻进了裤子，肯定坐不住了。
