善意的谎言 The White Lie

We are always educated that telling lies is not good, and we should be honest. Indeed, we should not lie to our parents, but sometimes the white lie works better than honest. Once I wanted to go to visit my grandma, but my mother said she was not at home. Actually, she was sick and my mother did not want me to worry, so that I can focus on study.

我们一直都被教育撒谎是不好的，我们应该要诚实。的确，我们不应该欺骗父母，但有时善意的谎言比说实话会更好。一次，我想去看望我的奶奶，但是我妈妈却告诉我奶奶不在家。实际上，是因为我奶奶生病了，我妈妈不希望我担心，这样我就可以集中精力在学习上了。
