　　first exhibition at the age of 16. Picasso studied art in Spain, but

　　moved to French, in the early twenties. From 1902 to 1904 he

　　painted series of pictures which the main colour was blue. These

　　pictures had showed poor, unhappy people and are known for

　　Picasso’s “blue period.”
