2016年我国网络订餐规模超3500亿元

China's online catering revenue exceeded 350 billion yuan in 2016, about 10% of the country's total catering revenue, according to figures from the China Cuisine Association.

中国烹饪协会发布的数据显示，2016年我国网络餐饮业收入超过3500亿元，约占全国餐饮总收入的10%。

The rapid development of online catering benefited from the growth of third party platforms, while loose supervision of third party platforms has been attributed to poor quality of some services.

网络餐饮的迅猛发展得益于第三方平台的成长，而对第三方平台监管不力也是部分服务质量差的原因。

To regulate the sector, the China Food and Drug Administration published a draft supervision document, stipulating that "restaurants that offer online catering services should have real stores with business permits."

为了规范网络餐饮业，国家食品药品监督管理总局公布了一项监管办法草案。草案规定，"利用互联网提供餐饮服务的，应当具有实体店铺并取得经营许可证"。

Bi Jingquan, head of the administration, also urged third party platforms to be more diligent when recruiting caterers.

食药监总局局长毕井泉还敦促第三方平台在招募入驻餐饮服务商时要更加小心仔细。

Zhu Yi, an associate professor with China Agricultural University, said that the draft will ensure all outlets are qualified and well regulated.

中国农业大学副教授朱毅指出，草案将确保所有网络餐饮服务提供者具备资质、管理到位。
