It does not good to students or teachers. As soon as a child begins the school, he enters a world of exams that will decide his future. In fact a good exam system should train a student to think himself, but it now does something like that. So students are encouraged to remember what is taught. The students who comes out first in the exam often may not be the best in their studies. It must be some better way to test a student true ability besides knowledge.
