霸凌

My whole life I have been bullied. I don't really remember a time when I haven't been bullied. The world is filled with them so you can't seem to get away from them no matter how hard you try.

在我的一生中，我都受到了欺负。我真的不记得我没有被欺负的时候。世界充满了欺凌，所以无论你多么努力，你都无法摆脱它们。

But I have learned that you must not believe what they say and believe what YOU have to say. Bullies are just a waste of time to listen to.

但我知道，你不能相信他们所说的话，而是相信你所说的话。听欺负你的人所说的话只是浪费时间。

All they are trying to do is put you down and put them up. But that is not what is really happening. It just makes you want to prove to them that they are wrong and eventually you do.

他们所要做的就是贬低你，抬高他们自己。但这并没有真正发生。它只是让你想向他们证明他们是错的，最终你是对的。

Because when you walk away from them it's not them that are winning it's you.

因为当你远离他们时，并不是他们赢了你。

I am 14 years old and that is what I have to say to all of those who are getting bullied out there.

我今年14岁了，这就是我要对所有受到欺负的人说的话。
