　　第三处：去掉very　句中使用了so...that...结构，very多余，故将其去掉。

　　第四处：looks→looking　该动词位于介词after后，要用动词的­ing形式，故把looks改为looking。

　　第五处：where→that或去掉where　found后是一个宾语从句，句子意思和成分完整，应该用只起连接作用的that引导，也可以省略。故把where改为that或去掉where。

　　第六处：begun→began　本文描述的是过去的经历，and连接的两个并列成分应当时态一致，故此处用一般过去时，把begun改为began。

　　第七处：telling→told　由and可知，此处和谓语动词saw并列，故用过去式。

　　第八处：a→the　这里指的是前文提到的shop，所以用定冠词the修饰，表特指。

　　第九处：saw后加his　这里特指托尼的父母亲，所以用物主代词his修饰parents。

　　第十处：terrible→terribly　修饰形容词worried要用副词形式。

　　My soccer coach retired in last week.I wanted to do anything special for him at his retirement party.My mum makes the better biscuits in the world，so I decide to ask her for help.Mum taught me some basic step of baking.I insisted on doing most of the baking myself.I thought the biscuits were really well.My only mistake was that I dropped some on the floor after I was packing them up.

　　第九处：him→them　上文提到作者交了三个朋友，再结合上文中的their friendship可知此处指代那三个朋友，为复数。故将him改为them。

　　第十处：去掉with　固定搭配help sb. with sth.意为“帮助某人某事”，help后宾语为人时不用介词。故去掉with。
