A total of 1.4 million tickets for UEFA Euro 2012 matches will be a lottery, Ukraine's Information Center Euro-2012 said Friday.
The ticket sales for the Euro 2012 matches will start from March 1, according to the statement.
The ticket prices have already been determined, but will be announced officially on March 1, it added.
Earlier, the UEFA president Michael Platini said "the tickets should be affordable for the wide range of fans".
During the Euro 2008 in Austria and Switzerland the lowest price for one ticket was 30 euros or 40 dollars.
Four Ukrainian and four Polish cities will host the tournament in June 2012.
Ukrainian government said the main arena for the championship would be opened in Kiev in August.
