Brazilian pilot Lucas di Grassi on Sunday won the 6th edition of the International Kart Challenge of the Starts in Florianopolis city, south of Brazil.
Di Grassi won on Saturday the trail and won for the first time the trophy, despite on Sunday he did not finish the trail.
Di Grassi won the competition due to the points he added.
Di Grassi totaled 25 points and tied with Brazilian Ruben Barrichello, Felipe Massa and women racer Bia Figueiredo, who was the only women competing this time.
Di Grassi was in charge of designing this racetrack two years ago, but he had never been able to win the competition.
The competition gathered 26 top racers from the world motoring, most of them are Brazilians, also actor Marcos Pasquim was invited to compete as he participate non-professional kart races since 2003.
