体坛英语资讯：Real Sociedad signs Norwegian defender Vadim Demidov

Basque Primera Liga club Real Sociedad this Tuesday announced the signing of Norwegian international Vadim Demidov.

The 23-year-old, who was born in the Latvian capital of Riga, is the son of a former international handball player and has played five times for Norway.

Real Sociedad tried to sign the player from his club Rosenborg, during the summer, but were unsuccessful on that occasion.

Demidov has agreed a two-and-a-half-season contract with Real Sociedad and will join the recently promoted outfit as soon as the winter transfer market reopens at the beginning of January.
