The Brazilian Confederation of Volleyball announced on Tuesday that the men's national team will travel to participate in a four-team tournament in Poland.
Brazil recently won their record ninth World League title and now have their eyes on the world championships. The Hubert Jerzy Wagner tournament will be held in the city of Bydgoszcz, Poland from August 20 to August 22.
Coached by Bernardinho, Brazil will play against Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Poland in the four-team tournament.
Brazil will play the Czech Republic on August 20, Bulgaria on August 21 and home team Poland on August 22. The tournament serves as preparation for the upcoming world championships of volleyball to be held in Italy in September. Brazil looks to win their third- consecutive world championship title.
