Olympic champion of Beijing 2008, Chinese Wang Xin advanced on Friday to the 10-meter platform final at individual in the fourth and last date of the Diving World Series of the International Federation of Swimming (FINA), held in the Olympic Pool of Mexico City. On Friday, Wang will dispute the final with also Chinese Kang Li, German Nora Subschinski and Australian Alexandra Croak.
At the Semifinal A, Wang finished at second place with 314.75 points, after six dives, behind German Subschinski who had 342.75 points.
At the Semifinal B, Kang got 391.15 points, while Croack got 360.90 points.
The World Series had the participation of 41 divers from nine countries, which summons the eight best divers of the world in each one of the categories.
