　　Defensive eating is strategically consuming food for the sole purpose of preventing others from getting it.

　　防守型吃法就是指技巧性地吃东西，只为防止他人来抢夺。

　　It would frighten others if you choose to lick your food or the peripheral circle of your cake first to define your manor. You could also eat the more delicious part first or pretend to frown when you eat it, belying the actual strength of your food. Only do you use those strategies to protect your food can you be a better foodie!

　　先在自己的食物上舔一下，就可以让别人对你的食物望而生畏，或者吃蛋糕先吃外围一圈，圈下自己的领地。还有可以先吃盘里最好吃的，或者吃东西的时候假装皱眉头不让人知道你所吃的美食的实力，都是防守型吃法。做吃货做到如此，美味才能独享！
