能写出组织结构完整并且详细阐述的文章，文章语意流畅，能运用各种句型，使用适当的词汇，并且语法正确。
170-190
文章内容大致良好，且构架完整，但语法上可能会出现些许瑕疵。
140-160
能明确有效地表达意见或传达讯息，不过有时无法完整地叙述原因、解释或阐述论点。
110-130
有时能明确地传达讯息，或说明支持的论点，但会遗漏重要讯息，有时会出现文法错误或用词不当。
90-100
有时能顺利地传达讯息，但通常无法提出论据来证明自己的观点。可能有很多语法和词汇错误。
70-80
仅能以有限的文字能力表达意见，但可能会遗漏讯息，并在阐述时会有明显的沟通障碍。
