Paper-cuts，a common folk art in China，have occupied the hearts of people since ancient times.

During the Spring Festival ，Chinese people in many places like to paste paper-cuts on windows for decoration，which not only help foster a festive atmosphere，but also bring enjoyment to the people.

Paper-cuts cover a wide range of subjects，most of which are about farmers life，such as tilling，weaving，fishing，and herding. Besides，there are also paper-cuts about myths，folktales，the twelve symbolic animals，and other subjects.

Through exaggeration and transfiguration，these paper-cuts fully express the good wishes of Chinese people.
