成绩单增送服务是指如果考生在考试时未选择向商学院寄送成绩, 或者需要选择向多于5个的MBA申请项目, 则可以在考试后以付费形式申请增送成绩单服务,以向 GMAT项目寄送成绩单。
网上支付完成1个工作日后，可致电呼叫中心进行查询;
“成绩单增送申请表”请用正楷认真填写，提供有效通讯地址、 e-mail地址和联系方式，表中“Payment information”项可不选。下载该申请表请登陆：www.mba.com, 点击 GMAT Scores and Score Reports里的SendingYour Scores to Schools 下载 Additional Score Report Request Form
受理期限：从支付费用到申请成功约需4个工作日的时间，考生可致电呼叫中心查询受理结果。
