2011年9月全国英语等级合格证书12月16日开始发放，请考生持本人身份证、准考证前来领取，他人代领的需持有考生本人身份证、准考证及代领人的身份证方可办理。领取合格证书时需在合格证书发放记录本上签字。根据国家教育部考试中心的规定，考生的合格证书遗失不补，请考生妥善保存合格证书。
合格证书办理时间：
2011年12月16日——2012年3月10日
