关于2015年度职称外语考试开封考区合格人员逾期未领成绩通知书领取的通知
根据工作安排，2015年度开封考区职称外语合格人员成绩通知书领取工作已于9月28日结束。从即日起，凡仍未领取2015年度职称外语成绩通知书的单位和个人，可于每周一下午13:00--17:00携相关证件到考试培训中心108室领取通知书。其余时间不再受理领取通知书相关事宜。
现将有关事项通知如下：
一、领取方式
1、各县区人力资源和社会保障局人事部门统一汇总本县区合格人员信息（参见附件1），需持有加盖公章的汇总表（参见附件2）前来领取；县区考生到所属县区人力资源和社会保障局领取个人证书。
2、市直考生领取时须持考生本人身份证、准考证和领证序号（参见附件1）前来领取。如需代领，须持委托书、本人及代领人身份证原件、准考证。
二、领取时间
每周一下午13：00——17：00
三、领取地点
开封市人事考试培训中心1楼108室。
