扎克·埃夫隆和你困在一个电梯里的几率是多少，如果发生了请尖叫吧！这个情节发生在一则抗击癌症的公益广告中，其中集中了几位好莱坞当红的新生代，如上图的扎克，他的女友瓦妮莎·哈金斯、个性小姑娘达科塔·范宁、克里斯汀·贝尔、《欢乐合唱团》女星那亚·李维拉、乔恩·海德等等。
本则广告是好莱坞的新生代们支持SU2C对抗癌症的运动，广告的创意十分简单，从多少人中才能出一个飞向太空的宇航员、到多少人中才会有人被雷意外劈死、到多少人中有人会被困电梯、取得保龄球全中、接到比赛时候的棒球，这些小机遇发生的意外却都不是癌症，癌症成为当下世界的常见病症，每2个男人中或者每3个女人中就会有一个人罹患癌症，广告请全世界的人们坚强和站起来，勇敢的抗击癌症。
