　　入选理由: 根据经验，抽象类话题出现的次数排名第三，仅次于教育类和政府类这两大主流话题。而之前1月30日和2月7日分别已经各考过一次教育类和政府类话题，因此根据话题轮换原则，这次轮到老三出马的可能性最大。
