　　小作文是3个饼图，类似剑八的Test 2。

　　大作文:Arts does not directly improve peoples life, so government should spend money on other important areas. Do you agree or disagree?

　　注意此题要尽量偏向一个观点，属于13号球的结合，可以花在教育或基建。

　　老师称:今天的雅思大作文是骨灰级老题目，最近10年内考过4次，分别是04年6月26日，04年11月27日，07年9月20日，11年6月11日，在《十大话题万能分类题库》中是母题，政府与城市化类，政府投资分支。
