根据陕西省职称改革办公室《关于2007年度全省外语等级考试省定合格标准的通知》陕职改办字[2007]69号相关精神，陕西省职称英语考试成绩及合格证书有效期管理规定如下：
成绩通知书符合全国通用标准全国有效，其中A级有效期四年，B、C级有效期三年。成绩通知书符合省定合格标准全省有效，有效期一年。
