　　Chinas star hurdler and former Olympic Champion, Liu Xiang, clocked 13.22 seconds to clinch his fourth Asian Championship title in Kobe, Japan on Sunday.考试大论坛

　　The former Olympic and world champion clocked 13.50 seconds in the first round and soared to break his own record in the final. Liu previously held the world record of 12.88 seconds and appears to be improving after adopting a seven step technique into the first hurdle instead of the outdated eight step style...a change Liu made in late February.

　　这位前奥运会冠军、世界冠军在第一轮比赛中跑出了13秒50的成绩，在决赛中他打破了自己保持的纪录。刘翔之前创造了12秒88的世界纪录，今年2月份刘翔做了一个改变，第一栏在采用七步上栏代替之前的八步上栏之后，刘翔的成绩似乎提高了。

　　Lius compatriot Shi Dongpeng finished second in 13.56 seconds. South Koreas Taekyong Park finished third in 13.66 seconds. Liu broke his own championship record of 13.3 seconds set back in 2005.

　　刘翔的同胞史冬鹏以13秒56的成绩完成比赛。韩国选手朴泰硬跑出13秒66，获得第三。刘翔打破了他在2005年创造的13秒30的赛会纪录。
