目的：语速适应
题目：VOA的资讯段落或者Scientific American- 60 second science节目的一分钟文段听力并列出大纲或复述。
时间：共一小时左右
适应VOA常速听力，难度大于四级。属于资讯英语。所以不可以用作主要的裸听练习材料，因为四六级听力并不会大篇幅考察资讯听力，所以只可以偶尔辅助练习。另外可以选择60秒科学的文段进行概括，话题较新，内容充实。列出提纲或口头附属均可。第一遍复述有困难可听两遍、三遍后复述。
