Why do people need to play sports?

Doing exercise is a good way of keeping us healthy. Exercise makes us fitter and helps us relax. It is absolutely necessary to take some exercise every day. No matter what kind of sports you may choose, getting regular exercise will always do good to your health. Research shows that getting plenty of exercise makes the heart beat faster and the lungs work harder. This strengthens the heart, reduces the chance of heart attack, and helps lower blood pressure. Also some people play sports because they need to lose extra weight. Another reason why people need to play sports might be that a lot of people nowadays find themselves under a lot of pressure. Doing sports can help them to relax. Thats why more and more people are becoming active in various kinds of sports and exercises. Of course, having a good diet is also very important.
