合作的概念合作是一种有结构、 回归式的过程， 其中人们通过共享知识、 并建立共识而向同一个目标努力。有结构的合作有助于自省和交流， 以便增加团队成功的机会。
Collaboration is a structured, recursive process where two or more people work together toward a common goaltypically an intellectual endeavor that is creative in natureby sharing knowledge, learning and building consensus. Collaboration does not require leadership and can even bring better results through decentralization and egalitarianism. In particular, teams that work collaboratively can obtain greater resources, recognition and reward when facing competition for finite resources.
