小学就近入学、小升初多校划片入学、取消共建生各地一系列旨在促进教育公平的政策在利于杜绝递条子、送票子等现象的同时，却让拼房子愈发猛烈：老牌学区房价格依然坚挺，新晋学区房也在上涨。这一尴尬的根源仍在于教育资源的分配失衡。如果学校之间的差距依然存在，学区房就会有市场。长期来看，对教师进行整体轮换，待遇实现平等，对条件相对较差的地区加大补贴力度，将有助于实现教育资源合理分配。
