教学过程：
(一)热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)
1. 师生共同吟唱B部分的歌谣，边唱边做动作。
2. 教师和学生谈谈他们的作息时间，如：T: What time do you get up? S: Six forty. 也可让学生猜猜教师的活动时间，如：T: What do I do at 6:30? S: You get up. 以此导入课文。
